Carla started her real estate career in 2005. After obtaining her license, she became a Realtor® with Alabama Realty Group. She obtained her Broker’s license and is currently an Associate Broker with Dream Key Real Estate.

Carla specializes in Residential Real Estate within Athens, Madison and the surrounding communities. She is a lifelong resident of Limestone County and a member of the Athens Limestone Association of Realtors (ALAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and North Alabama Multiple Listing Service (NMLS). Carla wants to be the best in her field and obtained the lifetime designation Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and also most recently Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA)

Carla has experience in both the Real Estate and the Mortgage business as she worked as a loan processor and is also a Mortgage Loan Originator. She has valuable insight in the home mortgage process. She not only has the knowledge and skill set to help find you a great home in north Alabama, she can provide you with great recommendations for mortgage brokers in her area.

Family is important to Carla. She has been married for 22 years to her husband Eric and is a proud mother of two. Chandler (20) and Merritt (14) Chandler is currently serving in the US Army HOOAH! and Merritt is a cheerleader at Lindsay Lane Christian Academy. Carla is a firm believer in the family dinner table and always strives to spend that most important time with her family.
